I got some lovely ATCs in the mail from Neet and Fairythoughts. Thank you!
A metal tin that I will add to the pile of tins that I want to alter (maybe when I retire!) and a 'santol' fruit that I picked up on my morning walk...
Today I'm sharing 2 illustrations to show you how I often make illustrations on the two facing pages of my prayer journal have matching color schemes.
As I write each word, and draw and paint, I reflect on the Word for the day. Thank you, Lord for the words of eternal life. Thank you for abundant life.
Sharing today in What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday and Word Art Wednesday. Thank you for visiting!

Hi Peggy,
Oh, I love the quote!! I am my worst critic and sometimes it stops me before I even begin....
When I saw the Butterfinger tin in the first photo I thought - I've never seen a Butterfinger THAT big. It's even more cool now that it's a tin. Like you, I have a collection.
As always, I enjoy your journal pages. I need some inspiration!
Happy WOYWW

Hi Peggy, beautiful pages in your prayer journal, you're a lovely painter. Recently I find I'm collecting containers too...and is that santol fruit, sweet and delicious, I've never heard of them. Happy WOYWW and have a super week RobynO#8
Now, did you notice that you often match colour schemes or has it always been or become deliberate? I'm sure the psychologists amongst us need to know! Am encouraged by your quote. It's not that I can't...it's that I'm a bit afraid..I think!
Bonjour chère amie,
J'aime votre créativité... Le soin avec lequel vous illustrez votre carnet... Vous êtes très talentueuse.
Une petite boîte charmante, au format original.
Gros bisous
I also always I can't draw but in my case it's true! Ha, ha.

It's been a long day full of fun for me but that means this has been my first chance to call by at my blogging friends to see what they have all been up to so I'm sorry for the delay this week.
You certainly have God given talent and use it to it's full potential.
Hugs,

Practice makes perfect for sure. Everyone can draw, (unless they have a disability)what they cannot do is see and you need to spend more time looking than putting pencil to paper. Your art work is lovely. Happy crafting and have a good week, Angela x #48
Beautiful journal entries. The faces are so real looking and they have a calm, serene look at the same time. Lovely!
Beautiful faces and quotes as always Peggy. Thank you, I now have another of your sweet faces in my collection. You are so talented and I love how you have done this latest batch of atc's.
I adore Butterfingers, good job I have never found a tin full of them.
Hugs and Thanks for visiting me and for my beautiful atc.
Blessings, Neet xx
