We had a paint party last Saturday and invited a few women for an afternoon of playing around with paints, stamps, bubble wrap and all sorts of other things. Here is my sister's house, all set for the party...
First we made backgrounds and then we made faces (using the tracing technique - tutorial here).
Here we are, the happy party goers...
and here is my painting today after I put the face unto the background and added some scrapbook paper for a dress...
Still far from finished but I was thinking of giving this painting away as a 400th follower giveaway. Only two more to go, isn't that so wonderful and amazing? I was thinking of adding a word or two somewhere in my painting. Any suggestions? Or should I wait to pick a winner and ask the winner to specify a word?
Thank you for dropping by today! I'll be linking up with Paint Party Friday and Studio Sneak Peek.
What a FABULOUS idea Peggy! Now I can't wait to have a Paint Party myself!!! Love your painting too!

Beautiful painting (and fun party). I think one word might be overpowering a bit. I like the idea of writing a quote or saying on the branches. Happy PPF!
