I did some tidying up last weekend but hardly got any space cleared! There is just enough space for my watercolors, pencil box of basics (a pencil, an eraser, sharpener, a pair of small scissors, 02 and 05 Pigma Microns, and a white opaque Uni-ball Signo pen) and my prayer journal.
But because I tried to organize and tidy up, I found a painting that I misplaced! I had been wondering where this painting was and I was delighted that it turned up!
That's it for this edition of What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday. I am still trying to get used to being in the kitchen and cooking so I don't have much time for other more enjoyable activities like art and blog hopping. But, although we have lost our cook, I'm hoping we will find our talents in cooking! Have a blessed week, everyone!
That is such a lovely painting and congrats to finding one that was misplaced to.
ReplyDeleteI miss it when I had my space under a staircase it always felt super cozy to work at

I have those same two Micron pens, but mine don't make the lovely marks yours do. Guess it's the hand, not the pen. Love that new painting, and so nice you found one you had misplaced. It's always fun to tidy up. Happy WOYWW from # 5.
ReplyDeleteYou are working on something beautiful there! The universe rewards us for cleaning, see you found your misplaced painting.
ReplyDeleteHi Peggy, happy WOYWW. Lovely artwork and glad you found that gorgeous painting. Cheers RobynO#16
ReplyDeleteGreat that you found that missing painting!
ReplyDeleteI have just been scrolling back and looking at your photos from Dumaguete. Beautiful place! I love the turtles. That would be my dream.... swimming with sea turtles!
You lost your cook? Is this a permanent thing or are you hoping to get someone else? Well, in the meantime you are learning a new skill. I remember the shock of having to live on my own after my divorce and not having my cook. I had to learn quick. I learnt a new dish every week and cooked more than I needed so I could freeze meals for other days of the week. That was 30 years ago! I now love cooking!
Have a great week,
Lisca#18
Such wonderful artwork on show today....love it.

Love your corner Peggy - and the beautiful art work you have shared. As I have cooked all my married life, (and for a few years prior to that) it seems so foreign to hear you say you are getting used to cooking :-)

I have followed your blog and your Pinterest page for MANY months now ... your site, your heart for the Lord, and your work have touched me more than I have words to say! God bless your talents and how you share them for His Glory. They have moved me and are encouraging and equipping me in a time that I am in a gentle restoration from the Lord, during a difficult trial. Thank you and may the Lord bless and keep you in all you do!!
