WOYWW: Transformation

If you visited me last week for What's on Your Workdesk Wednesday, you will see how a free day (we had a holiday in the Philippines last Monday) to tidy up can make a big difference!

If my desk is a whole mess, sometimes I am tempted to only show you the tidy part and I guess that is the way we are sometimes, when we only show our good side.  See how I am giving you a wide view today because my desk is tidy.

Speaking of transformation, I thought you would like to see how my prayer journal starts out early in the morning.  I often do not finish and have to continue it later...

But in time it will be transformed, with layers of paper, colored pencil, watercolor, paint pens, stamping or whatever else I am inspired to use.

I like to think I am like this, a work in progress.  Through time, may my life be transformed more and more such that all areas are in good order and ready for any scrutiny!  I hope to also share this in Word Art Wednesday (but sometimes I forget!) and Inspire Me Monday.

Blessing to you, my dear blog friend!

Hi Peggy,

Oh, I didn't show a good angle on my desk! Actually, it would have been a mess no matter.

Like you, I am definitely a work in progress! Life would be so boring and predictable if we weren't.

No number yet, but I am participating this week!

Happy WOYWW,
Hugs,
Kay

Thanks for the show today. I love the wider angle look we got, and I love how that top cupboard is triangular in shape.
Thanks too for the inspiring quote, you have such talent.

They are such beautiful pages, Peggy. I particularly love the Japanese girl - so delicate. Have a good week, Chris # 23

Yes, we are all works in progress....
Isn't it refreshing to clean and clear your desk! Now you can start again with a 'clean slate' as they say. That's what the Lord does with us all the time. He washes clean our 'slates' and we can start again. How blessed we are!
Thank you for letting me peep over your shoulder.
Have a good week.

What a beautiful, organised and tidy space, Peggy! I had a grand clear out recently too, and it certainly makes one feel better, but I find it gets into a mess again far too quickly! Your art work is just gorgeous, and nice to see how it progresses from the original drawing - a work in progress just like us, as you say!!

Happy belated WOYWW,

Peggy,
I was shocked when I saw your desk. It is so pristine but that push back method is what surprised me. Mine looks like a hurricane hit it. Your art is truly amazing, the sweet round face is so beautiful in both pieces.
Thank you for posting your beautiful art with us this week during our 153rd challenge at Word Art Wednesday. Carole Robb Bisson
